Sikaflex 591 Marine STP Adhesive & Bedding Sealant (300 ml)

Sikaflex®-591 represents next-generation multi-purpose marine sealing and bonding, driven by Sika's proprietary Silane Terminated Polymer (STP) technology. When bedding and bolting Freeman deck hatch coamings, the joint compound experiences relentless solar UV exposure, pounding seas, thermal movements, and hull flex. Sikaflex-591 delivers outstanding resistance to harsh maritime weathering, preventing discoloration and joint degradation over long service cycles.

Engineered with a focus on operator health and environmental sustainability, it contains zero isocyanates, solvents, PVC, or phthalates. It achieves tenacious adhesion to marine-grade aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, timber, and primed steel. Wheelmark certified and fully compliant with IMO FTP Code Part 5 low flame spread standards for commercial shipping and leisure marine construction.
