The genuine Freeman Marine cast aluminum dog arm is engineered for Model 24 round hatches (610 mm clear opening). It transfers heavy dogging torque from the central cam hub to the outer coaming rim, securing large manholes against green sea loading.
Cast from high-tensile marine aluminum alloy with reinforced cross-section to resist mechanical deflection under continuous high clamping loads.
