Description

Article no.: BVO-25892-018

Vickers Oils BIOGREASE EP2 is an environmentally acceptable, lithium and calcium thickened lubricating grease based on fully saturated synthetic esters, formulated for sensitive marine environments. The grease is approved for use in Becker Marine Systems rudder stocks and provides excellent corrosion protection and resistance to water wash off from rain and seawater.

Applications: Rudder stocks (including Becker Marine Systems), propeller hubs, bearings and equipment at oil-to-sea interfaces. Can also be used for wire rope storage protection and lubrication of operational ropes against wear and corrosion.

Benefits: Excellent resistance to water wash off, long lasting corrosion protection, good load carrying properties, good adhesion, reduces wear and friction, compatible with most sealing materials including Nitrile and Viton, biodegradable and minimally toxic with lower environmental risk.
