Vickers Oils Vickerlube OGL 1860-0
Vickerlube OGL 1860-0 is an aluminium complex thickened grease from Vickers Oils, formulated with high viscosity base oils and select additives to enhance water resistance and establish a tenacious lubricant film. The grease contains a special solid lubricant additive system for extreme operating conditions such as shock loading, and is designed to prevent metal-to-metal contact and damage to gear tooth flanks. Consistency NLGI 0, for heavy duty open gear applications.

Vickerlube OGL 1860-0 is an aluminium complex thickened grease formulated with high viscosity base oils and select additives for water resistance and a tenacious lubricant film, with a solid lubricant additive system for extreme operating conditions.
Applications: Heavy duty open gear applications such as shovels, draglines, grinding mills and similar, swing gears and pinions, dipper sticks, rail and rollers, splines, heavily loaded slow speed plain bearings and bushings. Can be used as a priming lubricant in some open gear applications.
Benefits: Extreme pressure properties with excellent load carrying and shock load protection, high viscosity base oil for a thick lubricant film, excellent grease retention and water resistance, corrosion protective, free from asphaltic material and heavy metals, and good lubricity.
Technical profile: Aluminium complex thickener, high viscosity base oil, solid lubricant additive, consistency NLGI 0. Can be applied manually or via central lubrication systems for NLGI 0 grease. Shelf life 3 years. Manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
